Our Executive English Program is the ideal solution for adult professionals who want to learn English quickly and thoroughly. All of our Executive English courses include private classes, where you will receive personalized attention and instruction. You can also choose to include group classes, which allow you to interact with other students from all over the world.

Executive English Courses

Full English Immersion

Full immersion is the most intensive and personalized of all LCI courses, with full-time private instruction every day. As the only student in class, course curriculum, method and speed will be designed just for you.

• 30 hours a week of private, personalized Business English training
• 7.5 hours a week of accompanied lunches with an LCI teacher or staff member, where you can apply what you learn in class to real-life conversations

Group-Private Combo

Our Group-Private Combo course combines group English classes with personalized private English instruction. This allows you to practice your English with other students in a group setting, as well as to focus on your specific language needs during private lessons.

• 15 hours a week of private, personalized Business English training
• 18 hours a week of group classes with students from around the world

*Elective classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Topics vary based on student needs. Examples include Phonics, Pronunciation, Conversation, Advanced Vocabulary, Idioms, IELTS Prep, TOEFL Prep, etc.

Executive English Curriculum

Our private Executive English classes are dynamic and personalized, with a variety of materials, activities and teachers to give you a well-rounded experience. We have developed a curriculum to help you learn English for business, but we can also customize the lessons to help you meet your specific goals.

In addition, you can put your business English in practice by participating in business lectures at local universities, seminars at local venues and other local networking and educational events. Company visits can also be organized.

The LCI Executive English curriculum includes the following:

        • Personalized pronunciation and accent reduction lessons
        • Personalized grammar correction
        • Weekly presentations or speeches aimed at improving mastery of the language, the lesson content
          and your confidence
        • Inclusion of audio/visual material to supplement the lessons, including TED Talks, documentaries, news
          or video clips
        • Personalized writing practice (emails, reports, summaries)
        • Relevant articles from Business Week, The Financial Times or other prominent magazines
        • Listening practice based around case studies and interviews

Optional Add-On Courses

Enhance your Executive English Program by adding guided excursions or specialized classes to your Full English Immersion or Group-Private Combo course.

Explore & Learn
Experience the local area and culture by adding excursions to your business English program. These excursions include lunch, are accompanied by an LCI instructor and will give you an opportunity to both explore American culture and apply your English to situations outside of the classroom. Available on the weekends or weekdays.

Executive Golf
Enjoy golf excursions accompanied by an LCI instructor while you learn English for business. Play at local golf courses that are open year-round, as you socialize and network in an informal setting with members of the local business community.

American Business Experience
Participate in business lectures at local universities, seminars at local venues and other local networking and educational events. Company visits can also be organized.
