LCI offers this internationally recognized English proficiency test to our students, to individuals outside LCI and to companies and organizations needing English-language assessment for their employees.



iTEP
(International Test of English Proficiency)

The iTEP, produced by Boston Educational Consultants, is an online test for individuals needing to prove their English proficiency level to enter college or university or to be hired or to advance in their company. LCI offers two forms of the iTEP to meet the needs of both students and employees.

iTEP Academic – This test features settings, content and vocabulary found in an educational environment.

iTEP Business – This test features situations and terminology characteristic of the workplace.

Both tests provide assessment of English language skills in five areas: reading, listening, grammar, writing and speaking. The tests are conveniently offered online on the date and time you desire, and can be completed in only 90 minutes. Results are available in 5 business days on an official score report.
